Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced operational leader to work alongside our Vicar, Ministry Heads, and PCC to manage all of the operational functions necessary for the successful running of East Church Norwich. The Operations Manager will ensure that systems are in place to support the growth of the church family, bringing efficiency, innovation and sustainability to all that we do.

The post holder will have oversight of a portfolio of operational areas, to include financial and HR systems, buildings and facilities management, office management, and logistics.
